Policy Statement in the field of policy of the conformity assessment body of LLP “T-Standard”
The main objective of LLP “T-Standard” in the field of quality is to recognize the competence and reliability of LLP “T-Standard” by ensuring a high level of work to confirm the conformity of products in accordance with the scope of accreditation.
To achieve this goal, we have defined the following principles:
  • The impartiality of the decision-making;
  • Making decisions based on objective evidence;
  • Competence of personnel;
  • Openness of information about the conformity assessment process;
  • Confidentiality of private information about the customer;
  • Responding to complaints.
In the field of quality, conformity assessment body LLP “T-Standard” aims to achieve the following goals:
  • maintain the activities of conformity assessment body at a high organizational and technical level.
  • meet the established requirements and ensure the trust of all participants in the conformity assessment process.
  • ensure competitiveness among conformity assessment bodies that provide similar services.
To achieve the quality goals, the management of LLP “T-Standard” undertakes the following obligations:
  • ensure and demonstrate continuous compliance with the requirements of GOST ISO/IEC 17065-2013;
  • explain to all employees the set goals in the field of quality assurance of the conformity assessment work performed;
  • comply with the requirements imposed by the accreditation body,
  • maintain the management system at conformity assessment body in working order;
  • promote continuous professional development of staff, strictly follow professional ethics, and strive to avoid damaging the reputation of clients and the accreditation body in their work;
  • facilitate continuous research of the needs and expectations of organizations interested in the activities of the conformity assessment body
