Main task of LLP “T-Standard” in the field of quality is to recognize competence and reliability by ensuring a high level of work on certification of management systems.
To achieve this goal, we have defined the following principles:
  • The impartiality of the decision-making;
  • Making decisions based on objective evidence;
  • Competence of personnel;
  • Openness of information about the conformity assessment process;
  • Confidentiality of private information about the customer;
  • Responding to complaints.

To achieve the quality goals, the management of LLP “T-Standard” undertakes the following obligations:
  • to ensure the level of work on certification of management systems that meets the requirements of ST RK ISO/IEC 17021-1 "Conformity assessment. Requirements for bodies conducting audit and certification of management systems»;
  • explain to all employees the set goals in the field of quality assurance of the certification work performed;
  • comply with the requirements imposed on certification bodies by the accreditation body, excluding the possibility of disputes (appeals);
  • maintain the management system at LLP "T-Standard" in working order, improve it through internal audits and management analysis;
  • promote continuous professional development of staff, strictly follow professional ethics, and strive to avoid damaging the reputation of clients and the accreditation body in their work;
  • facilitate continuous research of the needs and expectations of organizations interested in the activities of the body for confirming compliance of management systems.
