Obligations of impartiality
Top management of LLP “T-Standard” assumes the obligation to ensure impartiality of the conformity assessment of products. Understanding the importance of impartiality when performing conformity assessment work, LLP “T-Standard” manages conflicts of interest and guarantees the objectivity of its actions to confirm compliance.
In order to ensure the impartiality and independence of conformity assessment activities, LLP “T-Standard” undertakes the following obligations:
- Act impartially and avoid commercial, financial or other pressures that compromise our impartiality;
- Not to carry out the development, production, installation, implementation or maintenance of a certified products;
- Do not offer or provide advice to customers;
- Do not offer or provide advice to its customers on the management system or internal audit in cases where the certification scheme requires an assessment of the customer's management system.
- Do not involve full-time employees or external personnel in the work to confirm the conformity of products and/or management systems, if this may pose a threat to impartiality;
- Report situations that we are aware of and that may involve us or LLP "T-Standard" in the conflicts of interest (personal relationships with customers or relationships related to property rights, finances, contracts, commission payments that may threaten the principle of impartiality);
- Make decisions based only on objective evidence of compliance (or non-compliance), avoid influencing these decisions by personal interests or the interests of other parties, inform the management of LLP "T-Standard" and members of the Committee for the protection of impartiality of all cases of commercial, financial or other pressure when performing work to confirm compliance;
- In relations with consumers, both external and internal, be ethical, open, diplomatic, receptive, able to adequately assess the situation, circumstances, and remain faithful to decisions and conclusions, despite the pressure exerted.
Top management is personally responsible for the development and implementation of the quality policy, continuous improvement of the management system of LLP “T-Standard” and encourages all staff to strictly follow the principles set out.
